IN SEARCH OF EUROPES BEST CASTLES TO VISIT

I’ll be the first to admit I’m a bit of a history geek. I love Europe because its so jam-packed with history from across the ages, loads of fascinating architecture and enough diversity to keep you entertained for weeks or months of travels. 
So when I was last in Europe I made it a bit of a mission to hunt down Europe’s Best Castles to visit. Some even operate as hotels and all are open to the public for viewing. So here they are…

THE AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK - ULURU

Visiting the Australian Outback is on most traveller’s to do list, but no other place is that more true than the bucket list must; a visit to Uluru.
You can either fly straight in to Uluru airport (from cities like Melbourne and Sydney) or choose to first visit the outback town of Alice Springs, followed by a lengthy road trip between the two with a stop in at King’s Canyon on the way.

Watson’s Bay: An experience at the famous Doyles on the Beach

One of the most iconic restaurants in Sydney, Doyle’s on the Beach in Watson’s Bay. This incredible seafood restaurant has been family operated for over five generations and their famous fish and chips is on just about every Sydneysider’s bucket list.
It isn’t just the food that makes this place incredible, it is the suburb view over Sydney City and the harbour.

The restaurant, located on the beach at Watson’s Bay is in the perfect location. Easily accessibly by ferry from Circular Quay or by car with parking available free of charge to patrons.

We were lucky enough to get one of the best seats in the house, on the upstairs balcony.  It felt more like a private dining experience!
